Meeting Signals offers two plans:

Free Plan

Perfect for individuals and small teams getting started.

Includes: - Unlimited Signal Sessions - Default signal panel - Real-time signaling - Session timer

Limitations: - Single panel only - No custom panels - No contact groups

Pro Plan - $12/year

Everything you need for professional coaching.

Includes everything in Free, plus: - All predefined panels - Custom panel creation - Contact groups & email invitations - Quick custom messages - One-click preset sessions - Priority support

Account Management

Creating an Account

  1. Click Sign Up on the homepage
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Create a secure password
  4. Verify your email address

Signing In

  1. Click Sign In
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Sign In

Password Reset

  1. Click Sign In
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for reset instructions
  5. Create a new password

Updating Your Profile

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click your name in the header
  3. Navigate to Profile
  4. Update your information
  5. Save changes

Upgrading to Pro

How to Upgrade

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to Pricing or click Upgrade in the app
  3. Click Start Pro Trial or Subscribe
  4. Complete payment through Stripe
  5. Pro features are available immediately

Payment Methods

We accept: - Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) - Debit cards

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Subscription Status

  1. Go to your Profile
  2. View your current plan and renewal date

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to your Profile
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation

After canceling: - You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period - Your account reverts to Free plan features - Custom panels remain but cannot be edited - You can resubscribe at any time

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to your Profile
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Update Payment Method
  4. Enter new payment details

Billing FAQ

When am I charged?

You're charged immediately when you subscribe, then annually on the same date.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account and session history remain intact. You can continue using Free plan features indefinitely.

Data & Privacy

Your Data

  • Meeting Signals are not stored permanently
  • Account information is stored securely
  • We never sell your data

Deleting Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Go to your Profile
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion

Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including custom panels and session history, will be permanently removed.
